Terms & Conditions of booking our Services

All bookings are made on a bi-weekly basis. 

Booking Forms open on a Tuesday and close ten days later on the Friday morning at 10am prior to the fortnight of services booked for.

All bookings must be made online and once the forms close we organise our Team’s schedule for the following two weeks, based on the number of children booked for both weeks.

Please note that Ray of Sunshine cannot guarantee a place for your child in case a booking is not made in advance as per our requirements.

We do not accept Text message booking.

Late bookings can only be made when calling the office on 087 2724881.

An booking fee of €10.00 will be charged in case of late bookings.

Please note:

When booking a service, please use one form per child to BOOK FOR A FULL WEEK.
